Can I buy Mail Print?
Mail Print is now free, the latest download does not require a keycode.
I lost my keycode, can I recover it?
Send a message to support@frogmorecs.com with the email address you used to order along with your company name and we will find your keycode for you.
How long do you support different versions of Mail Print

Is there a Linux or Mac version of Mail Print available?
Currently Mail Print runs on Windows only, we do not have any plans for Linux or Mac versions.
What do I receive when I buy Mail Print?
You will receive a keycode by email which unlocks the trial version turning it into the full product.
What is your refund policy?
We have a no questions asked 90 day refund policy, if you aren't satisfied for any reason send us a message with your order number and we will refund your order.
What is your upgrade policy?
When you purchase a major version you are entitled to any minor releases free of charge, for instance if you purchased version 2.0 then you are entitled to versions 2.1, 2.2, etc as they are released. Major upgrades are chargeable, for example if you purchased version 1.0 and wanted to upgrade to version 2.0 then there is an upgrade fee. Customers with current Software Assurance are entitled to all upgrades to Mail Print.
How many computers can I install Mail Print on?
Mail Print is licensed per machine, so if you purchase one license you can only install it on a single machine.
What is your support policy?
Mail Print comes with 12 months free technical support, currently we are providing free support beyond this period however this is likely to change in the future.
Can I share a POP3 or IMAP account with Outlook or Windows Mail?
Yes you can, just set Outlook to delete messages after a reasonable period, say three days.
Can I print Office attachments?
Currently only PDF and TIFF attachment printing is supported.
Do I need to leave Mail Print running all the time?
No, the part of Mail Print which does all the work is in a Windows service which runs in the background even if you have logged off your PC.
Why can't I see my network printers listed?
Mail Print only supports printers installed locally, ask your systems administrator to install a local copy of the printer to use it with Mail Print.
Can I change the font size used in Mail Print messages?
If you know a little HTML then you can modify the template.txt file to change the formatting, you can find it using the Tools->Open Config Folder menu.
Does Mail Print support 64 bit editions of Windows?
Yes, Mail Print 2.0 or later supports the 64 bit editions of Windows.
