Print Distributors flexible configuration lets you setup as many actions as you need for each virtual printer. Need to print and email documents, just add reprint and send mail actions.

Actions are run one after another top down so you can control and rely on the order, if you have a complex application then they can be grouped to make them easier to manage. Each action is easy to configure but flexible, you can expect to have Print Distributor setup and running in minutes.

Adding conditions to actions lets you control your printing, making sure duplex prints only go to the duplex printer is trivial. Print extra copies of specific documents or even block very large documents from printing. Control your printing based on the document name, date, printer, user, file size or location.

Exception handling lets you setup an alternative action to run when there is a problem, if your file server is offline for instance keep a local copy of documents which can't be saved.
